Job Description

As a Front-End Developer, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our client-facing platforms. You will focus on optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving. You will work from our office [X] days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect visual elements.
  • Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug interface issues across various browsers and devices.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and services.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong experience with at least one major framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
  • Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing independent tasks with team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
